Peeps

Peeps is an ongoing series of large-scale sculptural figures that explore our relationship with landscape, memory and one another. Playful yet quietly contemplative, the works invite moments of curiosity, encouraging visitors to pause, look again and engage with their surroundings in new ways.

Reduced to simple forms, each figure remains intentionally open-ended, allowing viewers to project their own emotions, experiences and stories onto them. Bright colours and exaggerated silhouettes create an immediate sense of familiarity and joy, while their placement within the landscape encourages a slower, more attentive way of moving through space.

Installed across gardens, parks and public settings, the Peeps become companions within the landscape—sometimes gathering, sometimes standing alone—creating subtle narratives between themselves, the environment and those who encounter them. Their scale and simplicity make them accessible to audiences of all ages, inviting play, conversation and shared experience.

Rather than dominating a site, the sculptures are designed to belong to it, responding to the character of each location and encouraging a renewed appreciation of place through colour, form and human connection.
